At last EU 'arrived' at 1.3374 (last week ) price.. my personal point of view this price is very important...major trend depend on it. If brake this level we can see more and more bearish movement ahead. Mean while in my 15M chart RSI is above 65 % line level..and 30M chart..CCI above 100 % level and STOCH above 70 % line level.

In my personal opinion Miss Bear is getting weaker. But..but when we see open lower this morning at 1.3469 than pivot level chance to going south seem to be bright. In my 30M chart CCI and STOCH in neutral bias. Support day 1 at 1.3434 and resistance at 1.3491.

Yesterday"s price action failed to confirm the previous day"s Doji and price is heading higher again and the short trade has been stopped out. Hourly studies continue to tick north but are overbought and fails at or ahead of 1.6085 are possible. Prefer to be a buyer of dips now as daily charts ignore overbought levels and point north.

Despite daily and weekly techs being overbought, momentum continues to increase and while we hold above 1.5350 we could see a move back to 1.6650.

Hourly studies are overbought but bullish momentum shows no sign of letting up as yet. Same scenario on the daily charts.

1.5280 marks the pullback low from 1.5331 (it was also the pullback low from 1.5324). 1.5264 was today"s Asian session base. 1.5331 was also yesterday"s post-UK unemployment and earnings data high ( More). 1.5201 was yesterday"s pullback low from 1.5331. Sterling scaled a four-month peak of 1.5354 after yesterday"s 12:30GMT US trade data. 1.5374 marks the 2009 high (Jan 8).

Initiated short with S/R at 1.5081. While 1.5050 caps we will look for another dip towards 1.4760 where we will look to go long. Daily and weekly techs still overbought and daily momentum is failing. 5/15 daily MA crossover remains bullish and a continued hold above 1.4760 will see a decent break of 1.5050 eventually.

There is no UK data scheduled for Today release. Plenty of other countries are offering up their own data, though, so we could see a fair amount of event driven volatility. Cable remains 1.4440/1.5060 and the best course of action is to buy the lower end and sell the upper end with a view to stop and reversing on the break of either side.
